Inspired by these majestic creatures we will create gorgeous unique artworks using prepared driftwood, acrylics and hand-made stencils.

Come and share the experience of painting on wood that has been weathered by the elements and aged by the suns rays. These wood blocks all hold their individual footprints with the textures worn into their surface over time. We are giving these lovely pieces a new lease of life and creating a unique artwork for our homes. Come and paint a beautiful artwork on driftwood to take home with you!

Coastal Drawing with Richard Briggs - Let’s take our lines for a walk!Explore and simplify the coastal landscape using line to tell the story of these beautiful unique surroundings. Richard will guide us, helping us translate this complex area to capture its essence and interest. We will start in the studio and then spend time drawing on location.     Would you like to be more expressive with your art? To capture the feeling of the ocean? Free up your creativity and work larger?

    In this workshop we will explore a range of media including watercolour, acrylics, graphite, oil pastels to create intuitive seascapes on paper.
